In my opinion, friendship between male and female is impossible.
A way of thinking, lifestyle and behavior very differ from male to female. For example, When they fall in love, men pursue sexual relations on the other hand women pursue feeling or heartstrings.
Needless to say, women aren't negligent in sexual relation but less than men.
In my case, I and a girl begin friend at first. But we were a pair of lovers after all. In conclusion, if a man weren't gay, friendship between men and women couldn't be preserved.
