From what age is it okay to start dating?

I\'d like to recommend my child you are going to date whenever possible. But, you should know about contraception with each other. I want to let my child know about responsibility of your behavior. The funny thing is if I have my own daughter, she wants to star dating. Maybe... I can\'t allow her to do it with my own son. So, I will consider it. :)
