Fucking diet...2

So I have gone on a short diet for 3 days. The way is just simple but the processing is very hard to me. I ate nothing just water in the morning and ate lunch in the school dining room. At this time, I really tried not to overeat. and in dinner time, I ate only a cup of “special K” Do you know it? It is kind of cornflakes for dieter. Even though I have five classes after just special K, I have kept my eating plan. Plus, I did some stretching too. Of course, I didn't expect too much in just 3 days. But at least, just feeling light or losing 500g is all that I expected. However, until now nothing has changed. I don't know what I should do with my full schedules. I already know the exercising is the best way but you know, I have no time to do it.
