Fucking diet...3

Actually, upper part of my writing is just really what I feel. But I know that I have a tendency to think of diet so keenly. About 3 years ago, I was really fat. After succeeding diet, I am so afraid of being fat again. Also, when I go to a department store or hot places, I am so worried about my appearance. My head is full of thinking how I am looked. Yes, I know it is not healthy feeling. I need to find the appropriate way to keep healthy body and healthy mind. I will make sure that "A sound mind in a sound body."

About the diet, I think that your diet is good, prolly it's just your hormones that screwing them up! ahaha! But seriously it is proven that when a woman is nearing her cycle she tends to have water retention, and it usually needs 1-2 weeks for the body to goes back to normal.
