I had to think a long time because of my homework. Here is my homework. I think that most Korean employers don't believe their employees. If their employees exercise in rest time or in exercise time, employers think that they don't have work to do. Also many employees think like that. So, I don't agree it. but, if I would be employer, I would give them some money for their exercise. Then they would be to exercise with some money which I gave.

Hi [이름]! ^^ You know what in the real world, there are many employers that are strict and inconsiderate. They treat their employees as machines . They are  dehumanizing their employees which is not good. That is terrible.  But, as you have said that if you will be an employer, you will  treat your employees like your children.
