Good fences make good neighbors?

'Good fences make good neighbors' is the sentence in the the poem written by Robert Frost. The title of the poem is the 'Mending Wall'. The poet is consist of the contents which is communicating the neighbor. He is all pine and I am apple orchard. My apple trees will never get across. And eat the cones under his pines, I tell him. He only says, "Good fences make good neighbors.' The poet says that he does not need a fence. But the neighbor insists that he needs the fence. The meaning of a sentence seems to be necessary the wall, but ironically, the poet insists that he does not need a fence. Without seeing the full text of poetry, some people say that there respect personal private areas. The poet tries to tell the difference between tradition and awareness of reality. Finally, the point is there is a fence or not. If you have a fence, do you feel your personal boundaries? If you have not a fence, Do you feel more familiar with neighbors? I think it is not the wall but the mind.
