Hi, Meshelle. I think, The qualities of a good neighbor is friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't know my neighbors. Becouse they are live monthly rent. Some peple lives longer then a monty. but we didn't meet often. I had very frendly neighbor when I 8 years old. I called her annt. She was university student. We play with dolls every sunday morning. I thought her sometimes. I'm regrttable that don't have neighbor like her.
