We can stay on the ground in Earth because Earth has lot's of gravity. Moon has less gravity than the Earth so when people arrive in moon they wore a special suit so they won't be wondering around the space. Newton is the first sicencetist who discover the gravity. He discoverd by the apple drop off the apple trees. If there was no gravity in Earths the things and the people and everything will be floating
