Greeting can not be a bad thing. But sometimes if we do not greet somebody properly, then that greet turns in to a bad thing. For example, I don\'t like people who don\'t look each other\'s eyes when they greet. If somebody greets me, but they don\'t look my face or eye, then I feel he or she is neglecting me. Also, there are some people who greets me with very small voice and bad mood tone. If the person and I are in good and close relationship, than I will ask him or her \"Are you feeling bad today?\" but If the person and I are not that close then my feeling would get bad. In this cases, (my expression can be sound too extreme) I think bad greeting is worse than no greeting.
