As for the assignment, the last number. The question is actually asking if the phrase \"equivalent to\" is the same with the phrase \"equal to\" in some way. The answer to that question is true. They are the same in some way because when we say \"equal to\" it means that two items are the same. While for \"equivalent to\", two items have the same composition. If you have questions, feel free to ask. :)
