What are the 3 most important characteristics of a leader? In my opinion, the leader need decision, trust and strong drive. First, team work is very important in the team so, team members have to believe each other. Of course, team leader have to believe them. Second, team leader need the decision for his team. If he doesn't have the decision, his team can't get the success. After decision, team leader have to do strong drive. And then his team will be to get success.
