A: Personally, I think all citizens have to get government welfare benefits because it\'s their concession however it has to be offered by depending on an income level and the standard living.

We live in capitalism society ,some people are rich and don\'t have to worry about their welfare benefits but low-income families or poor senior citizens might need government support.

For example immigrants need a time to adopt their new life and it takes time to make plenty of money also senior citizens who want to work nobody hires them so they need supports too.

It sounds like a unfair however if government doesn\'t help them poor people get poorer and richs get richer.
