▶What are you like working in a team? When I was a university student, I participated in several team activities. so now I have about ten T-shirts that I got from those kinds of activities. Especially when I worked with Russian performance group in a team (or as a team member??), I felt really interesting. because even If our culture and language was totally different, I could communicate with them in a common language, and we could exchange our different culture. So I prefer working in a team than working alone, and when I work together, I can show my ability more. ▶What sort of person do you not like to work with? I don't like to work with a person who likes to make smaller group in a team. because this kind of person interrupts to make harmonious atmosphere. In this case I will try to make chances to gather all of the members together and I will make sure that they will not make a smaller group in a team. Also if I don't like this situation, I will work professionally.
