I'm so sorry for absent last class... I never do that again.
The most Korean women including me do diet normally. It is no special reason, I want to look thiner like actress and singers. The stander of Beaty reflects the new fashion. What we want to look is wear the small size clothes just like celebrations.
I usually eat the fruits and avoid to eat carbohydrate. Although it is hard work, I pleased to look my thin calves. I do diet these day also. Because the summer is coming !
