Have you ever been on a team where someone was not pulling their own weight? How did you handle it?

Being creative is essential to managing conflict efficiently. In my senior year, I managed a graduation presentation with a group of five people. Many were doing job hunting, so it was challenging to get everyone involved in the meeting due to time constraints and location restrictions. Therefore, I adopted skype and google docs. Still, there were feedbacks from team members regarding the length of the session because many members could not allocate several hours on one occasion. Accordingly, I reorganized the meeting structure. During the meeting, we set the direction and weekly goal and each team member could share their unique ideas on google docs. In this way, we could balance job-hunting and schoolwork simultaneously, and our team could get A+ in the final presentation. It is essential to utilize every possible resource to tackle down clients’ issues within the fast-paced business environment. I would like to contribute problem-solving and analytical to your company.
