Have you ever disagreed with a manager\'s methods at work? How did you handle the situation?

I\'m sure this question would be very helpful to improve my English and can be real question in actual interview. I\'m pleased to answer your question.^^ Have you ever disagreed with a manager\'s methods at work? How did you handle the situation? Sometime my opinion can be different with my manager\'s one. I already had the experiences for many times. In that case, I would explain about my opinion politely and carefully. If my opinions weren\'t taken, I would follow the manager\'s methods. It is my duty as one of the hotel employees even if manager was wrong. I would check what was the perfect opinion once I followed his methods. So communication with my manager is really important to handle it.
