Yes. I have recieved a defective product. It was a tuna can. I usually eat some tuna can with ramen or some kimchi soup. So I was bought a bundle of tuna cans at the groceries store. I knew that can have very long expiration date. It is almost a few years. So I didn\'t think about that date I just bought. But when I was open the tuna can it was rotten. That color was black and it isn\'t seems like tuna it was a black meterial. I was surprised and I go back to the store and showed that tuna can. But that time, the staff said it is not our fault and they recommend call the tuna company. I was upset but there was a nothing I could do so I called the company. And fortunately they were so kind and the make amends immidiately. They asked my house and next day they came to my house and saw that tuna and they took it. And they gived me a new bundle of tuna can. Suddenly I got so many tuna cans.. so everyday I eat tuna in a while.
