In my opinion people have a vice from their compulsion. In my case I shake my legs when I feel nervous. And I blow car\'s horn when meet the car drivers who drive dangerously.

Having vices are constant or habitual bad actions we do. In your case, since these actions only happen when you are uncomfortable about a specific situation, we can call your leg shaking as having jitters which is a natural reaction.
