What do you consider to be your weekness? I'm a person who has to do everything myself. I consider this to be my weakness. If I am one of the employee, it doesn't matter that much. But I was a manager in my previous work, I had more than 20 people working for me. Sometimes I have to make soembody work, it's hard to me. I am guilty of putting someone work for me. But, I want to turn my weaknesses into strengths.
