You know I've been learning English for more than 14 years since I was in the middle school. When thinking of this,I feel like I am a dumb. And you know, There are a few native speakers at my work place. They sometimes tell me about something They try to become friendly.So do I because they are cheerful and approachable just like you. . Actually I can definitely understand what they are saying beacuse they don't use difficult or acardemic words. but I'm having some trouble with responding to it. It takes a quite time to choose words in mind. So I often say the least words or even not. I don't care they think me a dumb. The only thing I care about is that they think I am rude sometimes I can't even say "thank you"

Hi [이름]! You should always be positive. [이름] you’re such a smart student. You just need to have confidence in speaking and try to be brave enough to speak out your thoughts. Don't be ashamed if you make mistakes, the good thing there is you overcome your fear. I know that you can do great in English just by doing constant practice and studies. You don't have to worry, just be  yourself and everything will be fine. You're such a wonderful person and I guess they will not think or criticize your capability in speaking English cause they will understand it. The best thing there is you communicate with them in a nice way and I guess there will be no problem with that. As what I said, have confidence. Nonetheless,  you're such a good one!
