Have a nice day~ Here is my essay. The lecturer discusses self_employment and argues that it is so daunting option and temporary phenomenon. This contradicts the reading passage's claim that(This sentence is form of essay ^^;;)self-employment is more attractive rather than working for employer. First, he argues that it is really difficult to make a profit for the first time because they are lack of experience. The most of people fail within five years. This casts doubt on the reading passage's claim that individuals feel that working for themselves is more reliable option. Second, he claims that if someone start managing his own business, he would have to pay all of generous tax like health insurance and retirement plans etc. It compose more than 50% of profits. This counters the reading passage's claim that the generous benefit packages in company are diminishing. Last, he points out that someone who operate individual business is responsible to treat all of complex bureaucracy process. It is so complicated and stressful job. This refutes the reading passage's claim that people view corporate culture as oppressive and seek the freedoms of self-employment.
