Good afternoon~ long time no see! Did you have a nice weekend? I had a nice weekend. However, I think I had a cold yesterday ~_~. So I feel so dizzy now. I am gonna take a rest today ㅠㅠ
Here is my essay. (Teacher I am hard to make a good essay now. I'm hard to stand up. Can I skip today's homework? I began going to bed from noon but I feel still dizzy. I'm really sorry ㅠㅠ. In stead I post on my essay that I keep before. I'm really sorry and I hope that I will be able to attend tomorrowㅠㅠ)
Brain drain in Europe.
The lecturer discusses about brain drain from the Europe and argues that nowadays the Europe has been changing a lot. The Europe is affecting a lot of scientists again by giving a lot of incentives. This contradicts the reading passage's claim that European scientists are moving to the United states.
First, he argues that the EU try to relieve their tax relief, so they can get more salaries that before. The EU also invent a lot of money to enterprises, so scientists can use equipments state of the art. This casts doubt on the reading passage's claim that the EU invests a much smaller amount of money in science that the US does.
Next, he contends that the EU try to short the rigid bureaucracy. It is too complicate for scientist to keep it, so the EU make it more simple. It take the scientists' burden off. This counters the reading passage's claim that the EU suffers from rigid bureaucracy.

A wonderful Monday to you! :))
I hope you are doing well tonight. I had a nice weekend too, thank you for asking. Take a rest so that you will get well soon. Don\'t forget to take medicines before you sleep so that you will feel better when you wake up. Thank you for taking time to send this composition even if you are not feeling well. I was glad to read it and check it for you.
Your grammar is improving and I am very proud. Good job! :)) However there are some grammar errors that I checked. You might notice that I removed the article \'the\' in some of your sentences wherein the article pertains to the word \'Europe\'. Always remember that the article \'the\' is only used for some countries. Also keep in mind if the action is already finished so that you will be able to identify if you will use the past or present form of the verbs. I also removed the letter \'s\' in the word \'equipment\' because this word is actually used as a mass noun so it is already in its plural form. That\'s why you can just use \'equipment\' in constructing your sentence. Other than that, the essay was good. :))
Continue practicing and studying English. :)) I hope you will feel better tomorrow. Drink medicine and take a rest. :)) See you in class tomorrow. :))
