Teacher. I think this is difiicult questions to answer. Because having cell phones have a lot of advantages and weakness. But I agree that elementary students have a mobile phones. I know the mobile phone interrupt study for students. In other hand, it help them when they have a problem. It might be in terrible trouble. It's connected their safety and comfort. For example, when they get lost or need to someone's help, the mobile phone will give them a hand.
