Hesitation

I am a kind of person who tend to give a suggestion first, but there must be a time when I hesitate to do that. Actually, I think when a person who is doing something with me is really excited and scheduling everything by himself, I usually do not suggest something. Because I know how happy he is feeling now and I can understand how he will feel if I suggest another thing to him. For example, my friend and I usually go to a gym together and work out. When he comes to the gym after he watched several videos related to working out routine and he wants to try it, I normally accept his suggestion and do not talk about anything.
