To know about my interesting and aptitude is not easy and it is important. Many people change their jod in a short period. Because, people don't care about their interesting or strong point, when they looking for the job they consider about salary. Some people just don't know what is their strong point. During working, they realized the job isn't suit on them. For example, my sister want to be a flight attendant, but she doesn't like stduy other language. The skill can speak many language is necessary for being flight attendant. I think she has a good ability at art like fashion, drowing, decoration, etc. However, she doesn't accept my advice.
