There is a country called 'Chosun' before Korea. It's national religion(but it is different with other religion, it's kind of tradition, custom) was Confucianism and it has been remained until now. And Confucianism is characterized by conservative mind. I hope my insufficient explanation would help you. :-) and.. I don't mean to criticize Korean edu system but every high school student remembers english words like this [alphabet spelling - korean meaning]. So do I. Therefore it's hard to make expression using a word though I know the meaning exactly. There are two friends who got a 960 score at TOEIC, but they got under 80 score at IBT because they couldn't SPEAK and WRITE in English at all. It's so sad. talk later~~ good evening!!
