People think this problem is easy. It is right! It is very easy. Why it is easy, becase people will abide by the law. Law do not allow buy the drug and buy the medicines that is not a process. Just, people do not abide by the law. As a result, It is problem that people follow the law or do not follow. If the people of a country know "drug is bad", the country would not allow the drug.
