I think the most important thing to be successful is a enthusiasm for my own dream. If someone forces me to work for something I am totally not intersted in, that could be killing me! Howvever, if I can work for something I 've draamed about, that could give me a great passion. I believe the success is to get a job I really like. So, if I have a conviction and enthusiasm for my dream, it can lead me to success.
