Have you ever receive advice or feedback from your boss?

Yes, actually, this is not for only me. just for everyone.

>> Yes. Actually everyone has probably received an advice or feedback from his/her superior.

 My boss emphasized all the time we work for our guests. 

 so even though the things are not my duties I helped my guests and other colleagues.

 So our teammembers were not divide or distinguish responsibilities. we did all the jobs. we thought all the job is our duties.
>> In our team, all of us do our duties without considering that some things are not part of our job.

 If floor or restroom are dirty we didn\'t wait until housekeeping doing it. Just we did before other guests know about that.

>> If the floor or restroom is dirty, we just clean it without waiting for housekeeping to do it because it\'s more important for the guests to feel comfortable.

 and I learned from her\'s advice that when we start to think all of those jobs are our duties, we could exceed our guests expectations and build our strong teamwork as well.

>> I also learned from my boss that if we have a mindset of taking everything as our job, then we could exceed the expectations of our guests and build a strong teamwork at the same time.
