I believe that cabin crew should be collaborate with colleagues but also should be indepentdent. If I become a Qatar Airways's cabin crew I should live away from my family and friends. So, We have to overcome our homesickness by ourselves. It's not only for cabin crew. I believe our life is alone. we should overcome our difficulties and should solve what life gives us by ourselves. In addition, we need to accept other people's opinions but we should have our own subjective. For me, Indenpendent meaning is having my own character, my belief, acknowledging me. If so, I could uild a healthy relationship with people.
