However, the Lunar New Year has begun from the Silla Dynasty about 1500 years ago and it seems to have been transferred from China. The Chinese culture belt of Vietnam, China, and Korea is still a big holiday. In Japan, the Lunar New Year was a holiday in the past, but now the solar New Year is only a holiday. So there is a saying in Korea that you raise your age three times a year, Solar New year, Lunar New year, and Birthday.
