I think that it is practical for a business person to own a car. however, I think it is more practical to use public transportation for those who are retired because of their age, or for younger students who are not yet economically. The reason is that business people always have to move quickly, so if they own the car, they can move right away. However, I think that retired or unemployed students are more economical and practical using public transportation than owning a car.
