If you could change one thing about your government, what would it be and why?

I do not like the current government of our country, because all policies are too popular.
I think the government should keep pushing forward the policy even if it is not popular.
First, the government should fix the problematic pension system when the approval rating is high, but it did not fix it because of the popularity decline.
Secondly, the government promised fairness and justice, but government officials were not fair and unjust.
Third, by taking the policy mistakes of the past government and sending many people to prison and doing revenge, the next regime changes, and revenge is repeated again.
Finally, there is absolutely no preparation for the future 4th industrial revolution, so the hope of future generations is dark.
