Good afternoon! Thank you for nice class yesterday and today. we discussed the company which is famous now in Korea but my explanation was not enought. So i explain about this company more. This company' name is Jennifersoft. They povide computer system service. They have been famous not the size of company but providing a lot of benefit for employees. For example, there is a swimming pool, garden, kitchen, kindergarden in the company, they have enough vacation, support of studing abroad, concert and ordinary party for emplooyes. This company's owner has unique mind. He thought employees are partner of company and the most important for company is autonomy and happiness of employees. He said they can show their talent in these situation and company helps they have own valiue in life. thanks for this owner's mind, this company has been very famous, a lot of people want to work in there.

This company is amazing. People who put a lot of importance on their employees are very rare. The benefits the employees get there are simply unbelievable. I didn\'t think such a company exist.
