ESSAY: In many situations, people who break the law should be warned instead of punished. To what extent do you agree or disagree?.
Well, I think that It depends on what kind of crime they committed.
I am very sure that there must not be no mercy in suicide, drunk driving, sexual crime, abuse children and so on.
But people who break the laws such as crossing the road in red lights, peeing on the road, throwing garbage in the street should be warned or should give them penalties instead of punished.
To define the extent bewteen warning and punishing is complicated matters to all people.
Becuase it is a subjective matter.
I wish the police just warn me when I park at no-parking area. hihihihi

Hi there Ms. [이름]! ^^ Laws are too lenient these days as they said. Sometimes those who commit major crimes like politicians are even given pardons.
