To be enjoable something, I sould know what It is. therefore, to know what it is, I have to challenge to learn.
For example.
I really enjoy playing golf now.
For that, I have had to learn how to play golf for 3 years and I had to know the rules of playing golf.
And from time to time, I almost gave up playing golf dissapointied with my score.
But I tried harder and I am still trying and learning playing golf to enjoy golf.
To enjoy, I neede to be challenging without giving it up.
But sometimes ,I am used to face something that I can never enjoy like cooking. hahaha
