ESSAY: The position of women has changed a great deal in many societies over the past 50 years. But these societies cannot claim to have achieved gender equality. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

I think that man and women are very different creatures physically but they are same human being mentally.
If I have a job demending power , I cannot get same postion with men because men is powerful than I am.
However If I am a lawyer demending intelligence, I can be higher postion with men as long as I work hard.
