If I were in your place, I'd sleep immediately after the workout. "Devil" is a pretty strong word to use to describe a person but I guess the trainer really gave you a tough time. However, I encourage you keep a good attitude about your exercise because, as you said, it will help you reach your goal.^^ I understood about the statistics and I truly believe that there are more Asians who are gifted in Math.
