The test has four major parts and I bet you are familiar with them, namely: -listening -reading -speaking -writing Time is actually very vital in this kind of English proficiency exam, so you need to be wary of your time at all times. For the listening part, you will certainly describe a photo, so you have to use the inverted pyramid to manage your time wisely. There are short conversations and short talks with question and answer part, so you really need to lend your ears to the examiner. Be very keen, Kirk, because the examiner has his/her own idiolect. For the reading part, comprehension is the tricky part, but I know that you can handle it. I should also warn you on the error recognition part. Be very alert! While as for the speaking and writing parts of this test, it is highly probable that you will describe another picture, a diagram and the like. Just be very spontaneous with your rebuttals, Kirk, and make your response coherent and cohesive. We can work on these specific aspects gradually, Kirk, so do not be overwhelmed.
