"Companies should allow employees to dress casually at work" A: I totally agree this statement. Now I'll explain why I agree. First, If employees wear casual clothes, they feel very comfortable. So they can work more efficiently. As a result of dress casually, they can make good quality product. It bring successful achivement. Second, Employees have a right which express their personality. So company have to guarantee employee's character. But I know wearing casual clothes look little unformal. So I recommend you should wear appropriate clothes following palce.
