You are know the world " jung [정]' this world simular with world 'suman emotion' As I know, most foreigner do not understood that meanig 정[jung] for example, there is one poor woman who suddenly crash down. that town ,where she live, is pool too. But, she can survive . How? the reason is. one neighbors gave her a carrot. the other neighbors gave rice handful. like this. ...can you understand? to expaing 정 is very difficult because that word exist only korea. SO, my answer is this. good neighbor is someone has 정. because, Korean forget '정'becameing modernizating, . So, 정 is answer.
