In the world, there are various types of leaders, ranging from classroom leaders to national presidents. No matter what features they take, it is important to note that two essential aspects should be taken by those leaders. The first one is the ability to definitely determine what they think is beneficial to their people, which can be “decisiveness.” The leaders who don’t know what to decide for the benefit of them always lose their way to give them happiness and prosperity. If this happens, there is nothing more frustrating than this. The second one is they have to accept their people’s thoughts and opinions without judging whether they are reasonable or not. Giving a variety of paths to express themselves can bear some strong cohesions and unexpected improvements among them because this process can create the atmosphere in which nobody can be criticized and encourage much more better ideas from them. All in all, these qualities for leaders seems to be trifling and inconsequential, but I’m sure they are the critical elements all of the leaders should have.
