I lacked autonomy before reading that book although I became adult. But I realized that my opinion and choice is important in term of my issue. Of course, it doesn't mean that other's opinion is not important. But I was self-conscious in the past. I paid attention excessively how others think about me. So, My feeling ad thinking was changeable as weather. Anyway, I have my view of values now. I'm satisfied with myself. I'm not sad anymore for making comparison between me and others.
