I think the most frightening and embarassing moment is that you are discovered who really you are from others. if others look into your thoughts, your insight, then you might feel panic, even if you didn\'t want to reveal your feelings, your face couldn\'t hide that feeling. it would much stand out that sympthoms(panic on the face) as much as you want to hide. as some other can hide the feeling,thoughts that they have into themselves from others, it is one of the talent that only few people can have.

It would be better to keep your sentences short.
Long sentences are very confusing and your point could get lost in the middle.
