"The globalization of Korean traditional food". That was the catch phrase of last the Lee Myung-back administration. To do so, the Lee administration dumped huge money which is a tax paid by the Korean people. Nowdays, the Korean people question how the project is efficient and the project is really necessary. I also believe that the globalization of Korean traditional foods is sincerely not needed. There are two apparant reasons. First, a traditional food become the country's unique food till it is in it's country. Second, there are no financial benefits to do the globalization of foods. We already spent a lot of money to achieve the project as well as we didn't success to inform our foods to the world. In conclusion, these facts let us know that not only we need to maintain and success taste of our particular foods continuously but it's also authentic the globalization when our traditional foods confidently show foreignres visiting Korea.
