If someone feels that he is not growing or learning anything from his job and he is going to find another job, I want to ask him what the purpose of his life is. To find the jobs which meet his needs, he should determine first what he really want in his life because there isn't a perfect job that satisfies everything. For example, if your job is not beneficial for learning in his field but offers tremendous money, can you give up the profits and find another jobs? On the other hand, if you can grow and develop yourself from your job but you earn a little money as well as you are very busy, can you work continously in your company? In conclusion, in those various situations, the way to find your proper job is to settle first a standard of your life and then to raise your capability constantly.
