I guess that many people would suffer from the relations with theri colleague, especially a superior in their comany. I strongly believe that the problems which are related to their co-workers are the most difficult to solve. I also have experienced those problems about my team leader. However, i have just endured the problem because I can't change his rude attitude. In addition, I should adapt his style because he has a right to evaluate my ability. Whenever I got a stress from him, I used to to to Kendo gym or meet my friends. Through discipline of kendo, I could relieve my stress. Furthermore, I could forget my daily hardship by meeting my friends and drinking "Soju". My freinds have been suffring from similar problems like me. So, we could relax our problems by swearing respective boss. On the other hand, most of Korean man wouldn't talk about their difficulties to their wife because they wouldn't show their weakness to her.
