The time divided to two has already passed over about 60 years. In addition, the relationship between South Korea and North Korea hasn't been good and each idelogies has been different: South Korea adopted democracy and North Korea received communism. Moreover, periphery nations like China, Japan and America haven't allowed united Korea. To overcome these barriers, Korea should raise national power and expand civilian exchanges.
