Today's topic is "What do you think makes a company a good working place?" The topic is really difficult because the necessary conditions to make a company a good working place are diverse. However, there are two main conditions for a good working place in my opinion. First, a company should observe the Labor Standard Act. That is, a company provide employees with proper working time and salary. This is because I think the private time is really important after I finish work. If I should work late everyday and I should sacrifice my privite life, I will leave a company. Second, working places always should be kept safe and health. I think the company which consider workers safety and healthy with best value is a really good company. In conclusion, if a company offer proper labor time, payment and good circumstance, workers always be happy.
