Some employers want to be able to contact their staff at all times, even on holidays. Does this development have more advantages than disadvantages? contacting their staff on holiday would be disadvantages for employee in my case, my headoffice is placed in seoul. but i'm living in deajun which is pretty far from seoul. so... we're comunicating by using kakao talk monday to friday. there must be disadvantages for me, because they're able to contact me whenever! even someday is my dayoff. but there would be also something good for me.. if there is urgent situation, i can contact them anytime. so it's like two sides of the same coin
